Digital Leadership Summit

Based on my experience as a director of events, I was asked by ISTE to consult and facilitate with Zac Chase and Kristina Ishmael the first two Digital Leadership Summits in Santa Clara, California, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was a new venture for ISTE, and they deemed it the next step toward districtwide tech transformation. Their goals were to join education leaders from across the country to dive into the ISTE Standards for Education Leaders, streamline procurement, examine the latest edtech research, and discover leading-edge models for teaching and learning.

These two events were the prototype for what ISTE now calls the Leadership Exchange.
